Frequently Asked Questions How can we provide Conveyancing so cheaply? We provide conveyancing so cheaply as we have negotiated
fees with a number of specialist conveyancing solicitors. As we supply
conveyancing instructions in large volume through our network, we can
therefore pass on our considerable cost savings directly to yourself.
The Solicitors we use are regulated by the Law Society of England &
Wales and are Lexcel accredited. In addition they all carry full indemnity
insurance for your protection. What to do next? Once you have completed your details, we pass these onto the best equipped Solicitor to handle your enquiry. They will be available by Phone, Fax, E-mail and Post and once they make contact within one working day, you are free to speak to them by any of these methods and at any time you desire (Office Hours). What are the extra fees? There are none, unlike some competitors neither we nor our solicitors quote a base fee then add supplements. All the prices are fixed except for the disbursements which are standard across the industry. These disbursements are the cost of items like Land Registry Fees and Local Searches. These may vary slightly depending which area of the Country you live. The average costs are shown on the Sale / Purchase and Re-Mortgage quote links accessed from our home page.
